Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CyberGuard, users agree to these terms and the linked privacy disclosures.

Account Eligibility and Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and use CyberGuard only for authorized security work.

Authorized Use and Security Data

Users must have authorization to upload, scan, analyze, or process systems and data. Users retain ownership of their uploaded content and grant CyberGuard permission to process it to provide the service.

AI and Detection Limitations

AI-generated conclusions may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or produce false positives and false negatives. CyberGuard does not guarantee that every vulnerability, threat, compromise, malicious file, or configuration issue will be detected.

User Validation

Users remain responsible for validating findings before taking action and must not rely solely on CyberGuard for emergency incident response, legal compliance, regulatory certification, or business-critical security decisions.

Service Availability and Integrations

CyberGuard may rely on third-party integrations and infrastructure providers. Availability may vary.

Intellectual Property and Feedback

CyberGuard and its interface, workflows, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Feedback may be used to improve the service.

Suspension and Termination

CyberGuard may suspend accounts involved in abuse, unauthorized activity, or policy violations.
